Due to availability Xbox One S controllers will be used instead of the featured first generation controller. Each custom controller is hand painted and weathered which means that no two controllers will ever be the same. We take great care to make sure each controller is up to our high standards, but the exact weathering patterns you recieve may differ from the example photos. As each controller is created to order no returns will be accepted. By committing to preorder you are accepting these terms and understand that your finished controller will be a unique paint job.

Production will commence as soon as your order has been placed. Production times vary due to weather conditions and paint curing times but are generally 2-3 weeks. You will be notified when you controller is ready to ship with tracking number.

Preorders ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland only. International shipping may take 1-3 weeks.

Every We Are Robots custom controller is a hand painted original art piece as much as it is a functional game controller. Whilst WAR uses only the best quality paints and lacquers to paint and finish the controllers, rough treatment or handling may result in damage to the finish.

Painting a custom controller involves dismantling it into parts. This process will void any manufacturer warranty that the controller may have had. Controllers are tested before and after customising to ensure they are working correctly. WAR takes no responsibility for technical or mechanical faults that arise after receiving your controller.
